Nampa ID Dentist

Klint Keller, DDS

Dr. Klint Keller Is a native of Nampa. He received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University and earned his DDS at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Keller is trained and certified to practice Sedation Dentistry in Idaho.

He is a member of the Idaho State Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

Jason Hammer, DDS

Dr. Hammer was born and raised in Southeast Idaho and graduated from Idaho State University in Chemistry. He received his DMD degree from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. He joined Today’s Dentistry in 2005 and is certified to practice sedation dentistry. Dr. Hammer enjoys spending his off time with his family.

Kaci B. Jensen, DDS

Dr. Jensen grew up in Boise, and is glad to be back in her home town. She went to college in Nebraska and completed her dental degree in Kansas City, MO. Her first position was with the United States Public Health Service where she worked in Central Oregon on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation for 6 years.

Since returning to Boise, she married her husband Kirk. They enjoy bicycling, gardening, and visiting family. She is active as a Rotarian, and also donates her time to Give Kids a Smile, Miles of Smiles Elementary School Dental Van, and to the Genesis Mission Dental Clinic. Being a dentist has been a calling for Dr. Jensen since elementary school and she looks forward to doing dentistry for years to come.

Dr. Jensen has recently been taking courses at LVI Global to learn how to treat TMJ/headaches, occlusal disharmony and related issues with a neuromuscular focus.

Ryan L. Olson, DDS

Dr. Olson received his doctorate of dental surgery in 2008 from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia. He did his undergraduate studies at BYU-Idaho and Idaho State University. After graduating from dental school, he completed a 1 year residency in general dentistry at Ft. Jackson South Carolina. There he became proficient in multiple disciplines of dentistry including wisdom teeth extraction, implant restorations, root canal therapy, crown and bridge treatment, cosmetic dentistry and periodontal surgery.

In the summer of 2013, he and his family moved from Fort Hood, TX after serving our men and women in the US Army. Working on many young soldiers has turned Dr. Olson into an expert in wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Olson has done thousands, most of which are impacted and would be considered very difficult for a general dentist. He is very happy to be providing quality dental care for adults and children in Boise and the surrounding areas.

Daniel Huffmire, DDS

Dr. Daniel Huffmire was born and raised in Cypress, CA. He attended Brigham Young University where he received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry. After working as a chemist for several years, he returned to school and earned his Masters Degree in Medical Sciences and his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine in Pomona, CA. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency with Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. There he worked at the Regional Medical center with medically compromised patients and completed special training in sedation, oral surgery, and emergency medicine.

Dr. Huffmire enjoys being in Idaho and spending time with his three children and beautiful wife.  

Dr. Heyrend

Dr. Heyrend is an Idaho native and is originally from Idaho Falls. He moved to the Midwest for a while, and lived in other states while in school. He graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science, and a Minor in Chemistry. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine, in Pomona, California.

Following dental school, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) post-graduate residency with NYU Lutheran at Roseman University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine, in South Jordan, Utah. There he worked in the residency clinic, where he was referred complex cases and treatments to become proficient in treating medically complex and special needs patients, placing and restoring dental implants, root canal treatments, was mentored in cosmetic dentistry by Dr. David Hornbrook (a renowned cosmetic dentist), full-mouth rehabilitation, periodontal surgery, oral surgery, crown and bridge, dentures and implant-supported prostheses, and oral sedation. Dr. Heyrend focused mostly on dental implants, oral surgery, surgical extractions, impacted wisdom teeth extractions, and was mentored by Dr. Karl Koerner (best mentor in the dental field in teaching oral surgery). He is also trained in Invisalign and is happy to offer clear tray orthodontic treatment to patients.

Dr. Heyrend is happy to provide quality dental care to families in the Boise, Idaho area. He sees his patients as secondary family and seeks to offer them the best care possible. His goal as a dentist is to help patients overcome their fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Heyrend enjoys traveling, hiking, the outdoors, anything Italian, and spending time with his wife and two boys in his free time.

Robert Stevens, DMD

Dr. Robert Stevens was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, before moving to Gooding, Idaho, where he graduated from high school in 1970. After spending some time in Scandinavia, he attended University of Oregon and then Portland State University, where he graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Public Health Certificate. During this time, he started a family with his wife, Maureen, who gave birth to two children.

He attended Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated in 1982. After graduation, Dr. Stevens returned to Idaho, where he has been practicing dentistry in and around the Boise area. During this time, his family grew in size by three more children.

He thinks of his patients as an extended second family, and in order to better serve their dental needs, Dr. Stevens has remained active in training for current dental procedures. In 2008, he received training and experience in implant placement and restoration. More recently, Dr. Stevens and his staff were certified in the use of dental lasers, including the Waterlase and the diode laser. His passion for dentistry is to help restore or create healthy, comfortable, natural-looking smiles.

Dr. Stevens has been active in voluntary civic service through organizations such as Rotary Club International and the Boy Scouts, where he has over 30 years of service in various capacities.

He enjoys staying physically active through backpacking, mountain climbing, biking, skiing, and exploring. He also loves photographing Idaho’s amazing backcountry. Dr. Stevens enjoys sharing these experiences with his children, grandchildren, and other family and friends.
